FRESH-B France reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its website. Therefore, the applicable terms and conditions will be those in effect on the date the order is placed by the buyer.

Article 2. Products

The products offered are those listed on the FRESH-B France website www.fresh-b.fr, subject to availability. FRESH-B France reserves the right to modify its product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website with a description outlining its main technical characteristics (capacity, use, composition, etc.). Article 3. Prices

Prices are listed on the product pages of the online catalog and are in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), based on the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order. The prices indicated do not include delivery charges, which are billed in addition to the price of the products purchased, according to the total order amount. In mainland France, for any order of €190 (including VAT) or more, shipping is free. For any order under €190 (including VAT), a flat shipping fee of €25 to €30 (including VAT) will be charged to the buyer, depending on the weight.
